Chilly ice cream lollypops
This recipe proves that ice cream can be chilly in more senses than one. It yields three different types of fruit-flavoured ice cream on a stick, perfect for when your customers are in for a miniature sweet treat. You can choose from a passion fruit-mango ice cream, a spicy strawberry ice cream, or a thyme and apple sorbet – all dipped in milk chocolate for a creamy chocolate taste and caramelly flavour notes, and decorated with dark chocolate flakes for a hint of intense cocoa taste and texture.
