Toast the Kataifi dough dough in a pan until golden brown.

Melt the chocolate, add the pistachio paste and mix thoroughly.

Add butter with a fat content of 82% (room temperature), combine and add the roasted Kataifi dough.

Place in a piping bag and fill desired molds from 811 Callebaut® chocolate.
