LUNGI’S FAVOURITE CHOCOLATE
‘Callebaut has been my go-to chocolate ever since I started the business. It simply elevates what we do. It’s made to perform. It never lets me down. The Callets are super handy to work with when I make a ganache, they melt easily… My customer can tell the difference. My absolute favourite chocolate is the 823. I often find myself eating it straight from the bag.’

BORN BELIEVER – DREAM ACHIEVER
LUNGI MHLANGA
‘Oh my god! Chocolate! We use chocolate every single day. My doughnuts and chocolate make a perfect match. Apart from the hot doughnuts, we also have a menu with more creative doughnuts. Many of them are filled with a variety of ganaches, glazed with chocolate or sprinkled with crispy chocolate bits. Chocolate really allows me to be creative.’
