From her earliest memories, both her grandmas brought their Jamaican roots to their cooking. Brought up on a fusion of Caribbean and British flavours, food became her creative passion. She fell in love with chocolate on her journey to become Junior Chocolate Master, and continues to expand her patisserie repertoire from desserts and afternoon teas to more ambitious chocolate showpieces and wedding cakes. The art of taking beautiful ingredients and bringing them together with exciting methods is her limitless pursuit.
