Reshaping cocoa farming
for farmers to prosper
Decreased farm productivity and income make farmers struggle to invest in their farms, which in turn jeopardises the future of their farms and their income. We want to break this vicious cycle.
What Cocoa Horizons does
Cocoa Horizons supports farmers with coaching, quality farm inputs (such as seedlings, fertiliser…), and farm labour, enhancing farm productivity, yield, and income for the long term.
How?
With 1400 coaches in the field, Cocoa Horizons works closely with the farmers
Individual farming recommendations | Personalized advice is offered to farmers, helping them optimize their farm operations and implement best practices in cocoa cultivation. |
Access to quality inputs | Cocoa Horizons ensures farmer access to essential inputs such as fertilisers, crop protection, and improved planting material, all carefully selected to meet the specific needs of the farmer concerned. |
Farm labour support | Labour groups help farmers improve their yields by demonstrating optimal pruning techniques. They also tackle labour shortages and provide crucial support during peak seasons. |
