  • 80 g
    butter

Preparation: DĂ´mes

Soften.

Preparation: DĂ´mes

Melt. Mix together. Pre-crystallise. Add the butter.

  • 20 g
    candied raspberry pieces XS

Preparation: DĂ´mes

Add.

Pour into silicone moulds.
Leave to set in fridge for 2 hrs at 4°C.
Unmould. Keep at room temperature.
 

Ruby Glazing

Dip in dĂ´mes.

Ingredients: Ruby Glazing

  • 25 g
    raspberry fruit crunches

Preparation: Ruby Glazing

Sprinkle on top.
